Power is in the tongue to build up or to break down, so instead of speaking your pain and the shortcomings you see in the flesh start speaking life into His Spirit man

Ephesians 6:10-20 Says that we need to put on the whole armor of God because we do not fight against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against authorities, against the world-rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual matters of the wickedness in the heavenlies. Unfortunately, we do not learn how to pray these warfare prayers, so here you will find template prayers to use until you build up your knowledge and confidence to pray – no guided prayer should ever replace the leading and guiding of the Holy Spirit.
